Rental Information
Taxes
Rates do not include State and Local taxes.
Reservation Deposit
Daily rates are charged on a per night basis. After selecting dates on our reservation page, we will contact you to make final arrangements. If you don't hear from us in a couple of days, please give us a call because we might not have received the reservation alert email. We will then take a deposit for half of the intended rental amount. You may pay by check up to two week's before departure or by credit card.(Deposit will go towards your rental) If you cancel your booking outside of 15 days you will recieve a full refund minus a $35.00 administration fee. Within 14 days of your reservation we will keep half of the deposit, (The half we keep can go toward a future rental within one year.)
Pickup & Drop Off Times
RV pickup and drop off times are by appointment Sunday through Friday.
Damage Deposit
There is a $500.00 Dollar damage deposit on the day of departure by cash or credit card only.
If its a credit card, then it's just an authorization, no money will leave your account.
(Unless there's damage or unpaid charges)
Insurance
We can provide insurance for you for $15.00 a day. This can be waved if you provide an insurance binder from your insurance company. Renters and any driver must have a valid drivers license and be 25yrs or older.
Mileage
If you are planning to remain in the Moab area including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, mileage is free, otherwise:
From June 1 till the end of September.
The first one hundred miles per day are free, The next 100 miles per day are .25 cents a mile. Milage after that is .30 cents a mile.
From Oct 1 till the end of May.
The first 143 miles a day are free. The next 100 miles after that are .25 cents a mile and .30 cents a mile there after.
The RVs get between 8 and 12 miles per gallon, depending on the load you carry and the grade of fuel.
Generator
Each unit has a 4000kw Generator at $2.00 Hr. or $20.00 a day unlimited use. (Gen burns about a 1/2 Gal an hr) Needed for roof mount A/C, microwave, TV or 110v.
Other Costs
If the RV is returned as clean as it was at pickup there is no charge, otherwise there's a $80.00 cleaning fee, $50.00 for the inside and $30.00 for the outside. At our dropoff location we provide cleaning supplies and a high-powered spray washer for the outside.
If the septic tanks are not empty there is a $15.00 dump fee. We will provide some references for dump locations in Moab.
If the fuel (Gas & Propane) tanks are not at the same level as they were at departure
there is a $10.00 fill up fee, plus per gallon to it fill up. We will provide some references for propane locations in Moab.
We know that sounds like alot but you wouldn't ask any less of somebody if they were borrowing your RV.
So return it as you got it and there's no charge.

Rental Kits
We offer three different amenities kits for all the things you would need on a trip.
Kitchen setup: $30.00
Linen package: $10.00 per person
Both kits: $60.00 per week
(Up to six people, $10.00 per additional person)
Damaged or missing items will come out of the damage deposit.
Cleaning Kit
For longer rentals we offer a cleaning kit for $15.00 that includes a small bagless vacuum, various cleaners, rags and paper towels.

Airport Pickup
You can travel to Moab from Salt Lake City via air on Salmon Air or by van on Bighorn Express. If you have between four and eight people we will pick you up for $90/person round trip, which is 20% less than the commercial shuttle and we will pick you up whenever you arrive.
Delta, United, Frontier, and America West airlines offer service to Grand Junction, Co. and for groups between four and eight people we will pick you up for $25/person round trip.
